Fluval internal powerfilters have been the staple of the hobby for many many years. The latest generation of Fluval internal powerfilter is the U-Series – which benefits from all of the learnings of the its predecessors. With four models available, the Fluval U-Series is suitable for aquariums up to 200lts. The U-Series is installed within the aquarium using suckers to attach it to the back glass of the fishtank. Water is drawn through the filter’s canister, within which are filter foam for biological media and carbon and polyester pads for mechanical and chemical filtration. The clean water is then returned the aquarium, aerating it.

The Fluval U2 Internal Filter is brand new onto the market, replacing the Fluval 2 Plus internal power filter. Easy to use and quiet running, the Fluval U2 offers powerful and economical filtration. This filter is designed to be used both in aquariums and reptile tanks and for quick and easy maintenance.

The Fluval U2 is can be used in aquariums between 45 and 110 litres, with a flow rate of 400 litres per hour. Maintenance is easy with top access. Other features include adjustable flow rate, a directional output nozzle and the filter comes complete with a foam filter.
